Ind-Crucible

Product Description

Silicon carbide graphite crucibles, composed of silicon carbide and graphite, are characterized by low porosity, high density, and uniform texture. They possess excellent thermal conductivity and chemical corrosion resistance, making them indispensable tools in high-temperature applications. They are widely used for melting and refining metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, lead, zinc, zinc oxide, high-purity aluminum, and other alloys.

Silicon carbide graphite crucibles are made by sintering graphite as the base material with varying proportions of silicon carbide particles. The silicon carbide content can be customized to meet specific customer requirements regarding smelting conditions, furnace type, and raw materials.

2. Complete Product Range: Offers diverse solutions for different customers, employing the most suitable varieties to meet various needs and extend service life.

3. Long Lifespan: 2-5 times longer than ordinary clay-graphite crucibles.

4. Corrosion Resistance: Advanced formula and high-quality materials effectively resist chemical corrosion.

5. Fast Thermal Conductivity: Employs high thermal conductivity materials, resulting in a dense structure after isostatic pressing, low apparent porosity, and rapid thermal conductivity.

6. High Temperature Resistance: The crucible's operating temperature range is 400-1600℃, with selectable ranges.

7. Energy Saving: Fast thermal conductivity reduces energy consumption and waste emissions.

8. Low Pollution: High-purity inorganic non-metallic materials are used, preventing the introduction of harmful impurities during metal melting.

9. Oxidation Resistance: Advanced formula and the use of imported antioxidant materials enhance the crucible's oxidation resistance.

10. Stable and reliable quality: The main raw materials are all from well-known foreign brands, and all materials have undergone strict inspection; each process in the production process has undergone strict inspection before it can enter the next process.

The crucible can be customized to meet the following customer requirements:

1. Reserve positioning holes for positioning. Diameter 100mm, depth 12mm.

2. A pouring nozzle is required to be installed at the top of the crucible.

3. Add a temperature measuring hole.

4. Drill holes on the bottom or side according to the provided drawings.
